I don't even know where to start this post! I am excited to announce that I am jumping into making my fun hobby into a small business-Big Dill Pickles.
Things you should know-
I love making pickles, jams, and sauces.
I love making bad jokes.
My labels represent the best (or worst) of both worlds. I like puns, and you'll see those posted on my labels.
I make amazing pickles. Seriously. Try them in Bloody Mary's, in potato salad, or just straight out of the jar. They won't dissapoint.
I use locally sourced veggies and fruits, and love giving a shout out to local farmers. Washington has amazing produce that I am proud to highlight in my products.
I also cook with booze and try to use locally sourced spirits, brews and wines when I can.
I do small batch, so if there's a pickle from your childhood, or something you love, let me know. I am happy to work with you. I am also happy to pair up and teach canning techniques! Lastly, if you're a local farmer, backyard foodie, or local food or spirit vendor, reach out. I'd love to meet up and do a collaboration!
